colder air temp and a stiff breeze could account for 5bhp

enclosed chamber with set humidity via air con and ram air fans

must be some serioulsy bad diesel TBH because I've used veg oil, crap bio and nothing but the cheapest fuel for 3 years without even gumming up a filter.

Well after a few days and about 200 miles all was well, the car is running 100% again.  Did around 450 miles then filled up at Shell over the weekend and still running 100%, must have been water in the diesel.

glad you got it sorted.

the last 150 ltr of biodiesel I bought has started to go lumpy (looks like solid fatty bits in it) so I figured it was the cold as my units unheated and it's been barely been above zero degrees the last few weeks up here.
Decanted the liquid from each drum to clean empty drums and the next morning 4 of them are like solid chip fat!?!?!?!?
xxxxxxx £100 worth of fuel no use now & I'm gutted.
I'm using the other 2 drums and so far no problem.
I'll not bother again TBH but it saved 20p per litre while diesel was around £1.30.
live & learn
