TY, was thinking Cartog - which is maps. Sitting in 29.9 C, with a cold beer. Could not be arsed to look it up, but just needed the noodle nudging.
Right, fire BBQ up time for some garlic bread. Smoked the beef last night in the embers of the BBQ with sons. Now for a quiet ( Planet Rock on full blast) beef salad rock suntan And the home grown potato salad is all mine, touch it at your peril

Probably true. Have to get out of "employee" mentality. Realise I know more than some here and other sites, even if only a "signed off invalid" for the time being.

To add, spent 6 yrs managing a production factory. I was hated, as gave no lee-way. Taught and passed on all I knew to the lads. Yet they thought they knew better!!!! if your taught, allowed to get qualifications why squander them?

if your in charge of somebody else, they tend to regard you as a soft compact disc or just a compact disc there no middle ground
