One of my customer just rang to say his business has folded. Boat business established near on 10 years with 6 employees.

He needs us to disconnect the alarm from an adjoining porta-cabin and wasn't pleased when I told him how much I'm going to charge. He said he would never have charged his customers that amount  ..... but I did think, If you'd been charging more, maybe you would still have a business matey.
