Bad night here too, woke up at 1.30, 2.30, 4.30. The latter was with shivvers and shakes from withdrawl, trying to cut right down on Tramadol and it isn't easy!

Ahh Tramadol, lovely drug.
Had to bin mine, woke up with nightmares and then spent the whole of a early morning debating wether to cut my throat. Seems that is a common side effect, I had read up on them so called NHS helpline and they just said ambulance on its way. Took 3 days to clear my system.
Now still on co-codamol 30/500 and to boost, morphine patches. Not complete pain relief but close, at least I can walk for a bit now.
Watch out for amitrypitleyne ( I think thats right) they have similar sides to tramadol too.

Roll on the pain clinic on the 15th.

Luckily i`m not weak minded.
So your obvious answer to a question here would have been ignored.
I thinik you on the other hand would have not made it through the morning.

:Pain is from ankle.
From a stabbing to a constant, unable to walk in worse conditions. Even in tears from it at times. And this is after surgery and other procedures.
Ami was given as a night time pain relief and sedative. I am aware in higher doses it is a anti depressant. Same as Tramadol actually.
Hence the side effects.

Not sure what the pain clinic can do, but another step in the right direction so to speak. Have been told they can LOCK the ankle and thus maybe relieve the pain.
Not an option I want ATM.
Next is to destroy the nerves to the foot, again not a great idea.
So pain management it is in a week or so. Be good after 2 yrs of this to maybe get a result and then get back to work.
Have had offers, but as I cannot guarantee my availability it is unfair on others.

I doubt any here would wish that of anyone on this forum or in fact anywhere ( grudges in real life excepted).

So pull a tab, sit back and relax.
