It's not. You can download yourself a dodgy copy for £0.00 so why buy the same copy for 30 odd.
Your making assumptions its dodgy, it doesnt say its anything but the original so why assume it is. I thinks its all OEM and theres no reason not to buy it at that price.

On the pcadvisor link they guy got his software as a download.
But i then found another forum that had this posted.
