I've been on facebook for some time ...... and today I've made a Facebook page for my business, but is it worth the effort (I suspect not)? Anyone else do it? See any benefits?
Paul we have a jb-eye page. strange as it may seem i wont use it. The amount of people that try and use it to poke me is annoying. I have a chequered past (young boy) i dont want people from my school days getting in touch. Funny thing is my MP wants to be my friend LOL. I never log in and it from what i hear most use it as a personal contact to me. Im hopping by ignoring requests they will get bored.

" I dont want people from my school days getting in touch"

Agreed, I have kept in touch with those I want to, not having idiots whom I never liked 30 yrs later contacting me saying what  good friends we were.
A few did at a old school reunion, and at "old Boys" football team. So I just stopped going.

Oddly I'd trust acquaintances from my past more than the present!

Being in bussines people seem to regard you as compact disc for charging for work & pressing to be paid

I know some dodgy people too I wont accept them as friends or I just limit my profile so they can't see anything, most of my friends on FB are from here which nearly sounds sad but your all such a nice bunch
