Policed False alarms per system March 07 = .0055
Anualised F/A per system March 02 = .1791
Anualised F/A per system March 07 = .0665
Rolling 12 months March 02 = .143
Rolling 12 months March 07 = .098

I cant be embaressed by these can i?

why`s the figure for rolling twelve months march 07  out of ratio to the rest ( or is it my bad maths ) ? rest are all about 1/3 but thats more than 1/2 ?

its not a g2 v g3 thing Mr Happy, as id say that Jeff has more confirmed alarms than i have got bringing hs avergae down, my anuallised figure is lower though but my actual is higher

Yours are pretty good and both definatly show improvement from confirmation techniques. Thats 2 Gold boys strutting their stuff how the other inspectorates doing?

Thst the whole point of the system else the police would give different acceptable false alarm rates to different sized companies.
Your software should knock out the above with a few clicks

If you really wnt to know i will PM you. As James says its not relevant unless even Whistle who is new and has no F/A and less systems should get similar results.
Lots of people pick up on numbers of monitored systems lets just say we are chasing our first thousand. Not big but not bad for a small outfit.
