Yes they do but not to the extent of the old militant plant (locations). The japs exspect a work indoctrination ethic and have stayed clear of certain areas. The early british design and manufacture was OK later build quality was poo. I remember being told that a ford buit in Germany was different to a ford built in the UK. Its all out now with the FOI act just how poo the UK car (and other industries) were mis managed. Most of the blame said that management was dictated to from the shop floor. The UK are overpaid and underworked
Along the same lines - i addressed a customer issue with a statement yesterday. My manager was heard to mutter on reading said statement "another jb-eye vagism"
