I've got the trial version, but I'm having trouble finding time to evaluate it.

I`ll give you one years support contract for free if you buy it within seven days of downloading it. I offer the same deal to all the members of the forum. How does that sound?

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It's just that yours is stupid..
JP you bought one? I thought you would have gone for the cut down AM. What did you mean by "future proof" and what app can IPhone do as im sure you cant get sig capture on IPhone. Im currently strugling for a replacement phone. IPhone with MS OS would be novel.

Didn't like AM, don't know anything about the iphone app, I know Kerrin talked about doing something later this year with mobiles but not sure what it will do or not do.
As for the future proof of the software, will leave that to the new member

Im intrigued! First i should confess im a big fan of AM. I use it comprehensively but equally i would be kicking myself if i neglected to pay attention if there was a better option available (note i never said cheaper). For us AM starts with the phone call, it logs all calls coming in and ties the number to those on our DB. then we move to quotes which include al the parts we use and a download direct from our suppliers so our costs and availability is documented. Of course we have the Customer DB and all the other stuff that goes with it so we can skip this. So lets go to the ARC download that sorts all our F/A stuff. Now to the guy on the road. He gets a call OOH and integrates AM for customer status/existence, then books himself a job which one documented is signed for and returned to the DB. now this is invoiced by time attendance and stock (sugar did i not mention stock control) then e-mailed/post to client. Then we have our web interface which is where our customers can log in with contract and password to view all those jobsheets they never kept. Putting aside industry specifics like grading and Police authority forms being completed automatically also the cant use a SC500 on a G3 because system wont allow you and current is added so you know when to throw a PSU into a cost. As an overview what am i missing?

Like Jef, I'am an Alarm Master user, however at the moment I don't do as much with it as Jef ,
I looked at your product when we out grew Rod Harris's "Kiss Alarm Manger" product a few years back, but went for Alarm Master, not that I'am looking to jump ship at the moment rather than apple phones I 'd like to see liking up between other windows app's like outlook or a pbx ?
