Good morning chaps, I have a friend who is in the process of buying a hardware/DIY business and wants an interweb presence, he wants idealy a company who are idiot proof with a view to updating the site on his own. I have a couple of acounts with the likes of 1and1 and more recently freeola. He wants to make sure that when the site goes from just an info page to a full blown e-commerce site that he does not pay through the nose for bandwidth etc and has also mentioned full admin rights.
Any suggestions welcome and thanks in advance....

We've just switched to Fasthosts, found them very helpful, tech support was answered in the uk within a couple of minutes. E-mail setup is straight forward and there are options for e-commerce.

So far so good, time will tell.

Would advise a Google search on 'Fasthosts' before committing and check what 'admin rights' and control panel you get..
