Anybody had any dealings with a system which will call a handset via the net?

Entry Panel - Internet - handset.

Yes 900m with no option to cable. Nice little cottage next to gate with broadband in it.

Ronnie the IP sollution is no good as it doesn't go via Internet same as BPT's new XIP system.

so you'd need broadband at the gate and the cottage then? or at least something which can get on interst via radio at the gate? 

guess the only option is GSM then as paul says
